Hi All,

FYI I noticed today that there's a CSD test that's failing
(test3.csd). I noticed it's not only failing locally but also on
Github Actions, but the build is still green and passing there. I
noticed this while reviewing a PR but looked and found it seems to
have been happening for a while so I'm continuing with the PR review
but filed a separate issue to track fixing both that Actions isn't
failing correctly and to fix the issue around that test.
