I've been looking for a reason to get a 64bit processor for awhile :) Does it essentially double the data processing rate per operation? I could see 2 channels of 24 or 32 bit audio being handled nicely.. or possibly 4 channels of 16 bit, allowing for some neat and fast surround sound setups. I've never seen a 64bit laptop before, that sounds really interesting! nathand _______________________________________________ csoundtekno mailing list [email protected] Subscribe, unsubscribe, change mailing list options: http://plot.bek.no/mailman/listinfo/csoundtekno
