Thanks for the advice. I feel that it's kind of overkill to have both a MOTU828 (and that card is working very well for me) and a Hammerfall. I'll need to run two computers for an upcoming sound installation, but I doubt I'll ever need 18 channels on one of them and 24 on the other.... %-) While I'm at it, do you know if there are Linux drivers for the MOTU? I haven't got much experience on Linux /yet), but from what I can see I get the impression that there're no audio drivers available for the MOTU.
