Mike,
As I mentioned previously, the application MAREO is specifically designed to work with EAC to do exactly what you asked for. MAREO is an acronym for "Multiple Application Runner for EAC and Others.”
If you type "Exact Audio Copy MAREO" into Google, the very first hit listed is the homepage of MAREO with complete explanations of how to use it, including one section entitled "EXACT AUDIO COPY (EAC) SETUP.”
