Hello and welcome.

There’s no such thing as uncompressed FLAC. Even at a FLAC compression level of zero, compression takes place. You can output to WAV, which is an uncompressed format.
> My inquiry has nothing to do with audio quality as we all know WAV, compressed and uncompressed FLAC are all identical in terms of PCM raw data, I just want smooth performance by not having the player to do the decompression stage, Storage is not an issue anymore even on portable devices so I don't see the need to compression.

No player should have any difficulty decoding FLAC in real time. From the official FLAC website:
"FLAC is asymmetric in favor of decode speed. Decoding requires only integer arithmetic, and is much less compute-intensive than for most perceptual codecs. Real-time decode performance is easily achievable on even modest hardware."
> If the feature is not possible as of right now, would the EAC team consider implementing it in the next update?

It is not possible because FLAC always compresses.
