Re[2]: Album covers not aromatically added.

Yes, EAC is able to embed the cover images - in fact the Flac command 
line encoder actually embeds the image on encoding the file.
The file is written temporarily to harddisk and the Flac encoder uses 
the file to embed it into the tag.
If it doesn't work out, please send the complete command line encoder 
additional parameter (from EACs compression options) and also a 
screenshot of your command line encoder setup.
That way, we possibly see what's wrong with your setup...
