Yes, in EAC -> Metadata Options -> freedb -> freedb Server just enter
http://freedb.dbpoweramp.com:80/~cddb/cddb.cgi

Also the gnudb server does work at
http://gnudb.gnudb.org:80/~cddb/cddb.cgi
But you need to start EAC with command line option -HTTP1.1
(in upcoming versions this flag will be set as default, so this will not 
be necessary in the future)
