Thank you for the reply Mark but no joy. Yes I have rebooted several times. I do kill all instances of EAC I have run CMD CD C:\Program Files (x86)\Exact Audio Copy\ EAC.exe has no effect at all. It doesn't even start a process so I must be doing something wrong.
