Why don’t you send screen shots with your configuration settings, maybe someone can see something. My experience is that EAC is a well tested application, but with all its functionality it can easily be misconfigured and thus the results will become erroneous to the intention. That is, problem are usually user caused rather than software caused. Mike W. What happens when you click the "Test encoder" button?
