rip as WMP does

I have several disks that just will *NOT* rip in EAC.   But: if I fired up windows 
media player it rips the affected tracks without complaint.   Is there a setting for 
EAC that'll do "just rip the damn track"?  error correction seems to be only 
low/medium/high
