As I understand it…

An ISO file is a sector-by-sector disk image of an optical data disc (like a CD-ROM), not an audio CD.

A full CD WAV file and a CUE sheet can allow you to recreate a Redbook audio CD.  I do not know if the result would be bit-for-bit identical to the original CD (I suspect that it might not be), but I am sure that the audio tracks would be unaltered.

Corrections welcome if I got something wrong.
