Feature request: portprefix parameter for jack_multi

Hello Kai,

Maybe it's too late for this release, it would be convenient to say

-G:jack,Nama-live

-a:1
-i:null
-o:jack_multi,sax_out,system:playback_1,system_playback_2

and have Ecasound create and connect its ports as:

Nama-live:sax_out_1 -> system:playback_1
Nama-live:sax_out_2 -> system:playback_2
