Simply make at least three copies of the loop on a track in Logic (or any other DAW). Then smooth the transitions by audio crossfade and finally cut out the a full loop in the middle (loop nr 2 if using 3 in total). Then this loop should loop with no glitches. Export it to you preferred multi media format.
