Yeesh, dude.  That was unnecessarily over the top explanation.  If you were sitting in my position you would've raised the same questions as well.  What left me the impression to raise these questions, was the fact that the  activity here has been literally quite low.  So, I wanted to see if there was some form of moderation at all.
