hello to all-I'm in need of some help..
Just started a new series, scored the first episode in LP8.All went well-so created a series
template containing some recurring cues such as themes- intro extro etc.Created a new
clean project by doing a save a copy as.Also created a Project template using the option in
the file menu.
But....now when I create a new project for -say epi 2- from either.the resulting project
refers to the media(audio files) from the original project-NOT the newly created project. When
I try to move the files from the audio bin menu to my new location, the files get copied, and
after a save, the original audio gets referenced again.I get the same result regardless of
whether I select "include assets" or not.Also.even though I select a record directory under
settings/recording,the files get recorded in the original template project location. The options
under settings/assets are all greyed out.
I'm running a G5/10.4.x/LP8.01/HD3/Pt7.4.x. Don't know what else to try.
thanks
