Logic 8 with PT on G5

Hello,

I plan to reinstall my System on G5 2ghz Dual.
PT HD2 PCI.

I worked on Tiger, PT 7.1 and LP 7 so far.
That was, well more or less ok. Some crashes on Logic every now and then.

Is there any experience with LP 8 and TDM?
Can I use Leopard, or do I have to use Tiger?
