Auditioning Apple Loops

Hello:
I have a funny bug when trying to audition sounds in the apple Loops  
window. Only some sounds play when I click on a sound in the Loop  
Browser menu.I believe that people using Native do not have this. Has  
anyone else experienced this? Are there any solutions. BTW, this  
happens while using Logic 7 or 8.

OSX 10.4.11, 4 gig Ram. PPC 2.0. Logic 8 (latest version), PT 7.4
