Hi Again, Well. , I just tried to replicate the symptoms in a new song, as suggested,.......and true to the spirit of software wierdness,.... I couldn't ;~( Though what did happen was....after setting the audio record path....if I hit a record light on any track below 32 it just lit, flashing as normal. If I hit a record light on tracks 33 or above, a new logic file finder window popped up to select an audio record path. This window is headed "DAE(33-64) Recording. Save as" Recording on trax above 64 attracts the same response with a window opening labelled "DAE (65-96)Save as..." So it must see these track groups as packets....maybe there's a memory/ ram issue there...Though I wasn't using many plugins....I have 24 outs & a lot of outboard (remember that stuff...metal boxes...cost more than a small house for the decent ones?!!) And needless to say once allocated a path, it recorded fine. As always, it could have been one of the plugins / au's. BFD2 & Omnisphere both have sketchy stability (In Omnisphere there's a bug in the customiseable browser catagory/type selector in V1.0.1d on my mac, and the arp just crashed the DAE driver in a fresh autoload with SFA else loaded '-/....) .......Or Maybe it was more to do with the track in question being more like some rock head's crazed and psychotic 3 minute drug episode than music?? Thanx for the email feedback ;~) Would still like to hear if anyone using BFD2 on LP7 on a ppc is having wierdness? (I'm on V2.0.5.10) Gavin. ------------------------------------ ________________________________________________________________________ Logic TDM Users Group - new forums! http://logic-users.org/forums/L-TDM - To UNSUBSCRIBE: email [email protected] - Search the entire archive: http://logic-users.org/forums/L-TDM/searchYahoo!
