This is my only concern in your scenario -- offline bounces won't work  
with lots of automation... I myself went native back in 2007 -- no  
regrets, rock solid system, perfect sound, have not crashed in half a  
year or even more... Life is good!

P.S. Since this is kind of OT for the TDM list, maybe we should move  
this to my Logic-Apogee list -- same people, no traffic lately as  
there have been no problems with our perfectly working systems so  
far :-) .
