Converting DAE/DTDM LP 7 songs to DAE/Core audio in LP 8?

Hi all,

 This may have been discussed before, if so my search ability sucks :~)

Anyone have a way to do this and preserve native plugins /tdm plugins etc on tracks?

Or links to articles on the net explaining how?
