Depends on your level of tolerance.  I'd say Motus with the Pcie card  
are the best bet at the pricepoint , but apogee symphony system your  
be ideal.  I would guess from a well known producer friend of mine  
who mixes in Nuendo but still tracks in protools, is that HD protools  
is still the benchmark for zero latency across multiple tracks.  You  
might get  the best result going to a dialed in PTHD based studio  
where you can take advantage of their mic locker, pres and rung out  
room for basics, and then import into logic and overdub and mix.
