thx guys... but probably i did not explained correctly what my problem is...
the video has been shot edited and mixed on NTSC (29,97)... now the guys are making a PAL version and this, accordingly with what the guys told me, they 're going to
make this video "faster" roughly by 4,1% deleting some frame....so the video will be shorter at the end of the day...
to make this working I speed up the audio file by 4.1% and it's in sync now. I was asking myself and than to you all (looks like this is a very hi tech group!!) if there is any other way to get this done...
I know is not a "proper" way to speed up a file.. but the video is simply shorter. so i need to get the sync...
