R: Slow Logic with Movie file

I remember when I worked in final cut there's about 30 different formats to
save a movie file to.
You're saying DV format is going to be about 10 times larger than the one I
have now, but it will require
less CPU to run it in Logic. OK, I'll take your word for it - can you tell
me exactly what format
I should ask for?
