Quit Logic Boot up Logic while holding the CONTROL key [this allows you to disable the audio engine] Does the questionable lso file now load? If so, then it was some audio element (maybe a rogue plugin) that is causing this. But your troubleshooting is still only beginning. You can email me the lso file to see if I can load it.
