Hey.. You guys must get this question quite a bit but i have just switched from Cubase 6 to Logic Pro 9 and i am having a bit of a nightmare setting up the virus with it.. When i was running it on Cubase it was really simple - Insert the Virus as a VST instrument and create MIDI channels to recieve the outputs.. However Logic seems to be making this more difficult

To the best of my understanding so far you Create an Instrument track (say i am starting from a blank project) - with 'multi timbral' selected and say 4. This will create 4 instrument tracks

Then i change the other 3 tracks that this creates to MIDI say 2,3 & 4. in the inspector..

But this doesn't seem to be working for me.. I want the 3 outputs but really can't seem to get them aswell..

Does anybody know how to set it up so i can have say multiple MIDI tracks (say 3,5, whatever) - Running through to say channels 1-5 on my Virus - Then out to say 3 outputs (the maximum your allowed) on my mixer or whatever

Also when i do what i said above it seems to be that when i mute & solo 1 it mutes & solo's all the linked tracks - surely this can't be right?

Would be great if somebody could help.. Thanks
