HELP Waveform not Sync with Sound.

Hi All, I have been having this problem for sometime... its beginning to drive me mad.. I come from ProTools HD back ground, so I dont really have to deal with the waveform not matching the sound problem. 

I am guess its the delay compensation on the plugins I used. I am hearing the sound than the waveform. Been trying to look around for it with no luck. 

Anyway to solve this problem?? 

My Set up is 

Logic 9 Pro on Mac Pro 8 core with Processing Threads set to Automatic 

I use Waves, Dunde Native, UAD and Nebula most of the time... so U can see the kinda delay I have to deal with... = = 

my sessions are usually 48K 24 Bits @ buffer size of 1024, Process Buffer Size at Large, Rewire Behavior at Live Mode 

Am I doing something wrong? Is there anyway I can get the waves form and sound to sync?
