In the Piano part I am working on there are only triplets on every beat in 4/4; since we can't import XML from other companies I imported the track [ one region 23 bars long] as a MIDI file. You all know what happened to my triplets, they are OK in bar one but the rest were all changed into 4 8ths per 2 quarter beats, so 8 notes in each bar instead of 4 sets of triplets. is this easy to fix using transform? do I remember transform not working in the score? ANy ideas? > There are two different types of quantising which will affect the look of the score. Firstly, check that the (MIDI) quantzing is to 12th notes. This can be done in the Piano Roll or in the Arrange windows. If that is OK, check the score quantising. From the Score window, open up the sub-window up the top left-hand side of screen that shows the track name. Under the staff Style, is Quantize. This is the score quantisation. cheers, anthony linden jones Kurrajong NSW Australia ------------------------------------ The LUG has a new home on the web, to visit and sign up please go to: http://www.logic-users-group.com/ Yahoo!
