My system is based on WIn XP Home, only one drive installed (DVD/CD).
First I will try it out your way. It seems to me the easiest solution
without reinstalling the whole system.
But I got the feeling that SD needs a perfectly working CD-Drive.
Yesterday I got another problem with a commercial DVD. So I will
change to another CD-Drive (only CD) which was perfectly working in my
old System (WIN 98 SE).

Thank you all for replying!

Joerg
