[SoundDiver] SoundDiver Adaptation for Waldorf Blofeld updated

[I don't think it made it to the group on my first attempt.  My 
apologies if you see this twice.]

Hi folks,

I've updated the SD adaptation for the Waldorf Blofeld again to fix a 
few, mostly cosmetic issues.  Also, I have finally been able to 
analyze (thanks to the help I've been getting from some OSX users) 
what has to be changed for the adaptation to work without manual 
edits under the SD3.1beta2 on OSX - please consult the Readme for all 
the details on which version to install.

I need confirmation if the OS9 version is good as is or needs the 
entry increment workaround, I would really appreciate if someone 
could give me feedback on this.

    * Corrected more parameter labels for popups
    * Added "slider cap" to Oscillator Bend Range
    * Changed the name for complex envelope to ADS1DS2R to match 
display on Blofeld
    * Workaround for OSX issues implemented so that adaptation 
works "out-of-the-box"
    * Parameter changes from the sound editor go to the corresponding 
multi edit buffer
