Success! Thank you all. I couldn't get the adaptations to appear in the install list, so I moved them out of the Library folder to the desktop, then made "dummy" ones using the New Adaptation. I just set the Manufacturer IDs and named them exactly the same as the ones I moved, then saved them. Quit SD, replaced the dummies with the real ones, Restart and voila!. On one I had to delete it entirely, but then the name was in the install list. Awesome.
