Issues with icecast stream from some Verizon users?

Might anyone else be having this issue?  My stream works fine for everyone
except for only some Verizon users it seems.  Since May of this year but it
is now only getting reported more widely.
I am at a loss as to what might be interfering.
Any thoughts are more than welcome!
