ui remarks for 0.95.0 and stuff

I was working on user interface guide refactoring, which has lead me
to using JAMin more than I usually do :)

So here are several remarks on workflow with scenes.

1. How do I know I have changed something in another scene a while
ago, if all inactive scenes that were set once have same color (dark
green)?

2. If I call a scene renaming dialog in, say, the upper left corner of
JAMin's window,

a) it appears in the center of the screen, so that I have to follow it
with my eyes (and my mouse),
b) focus in this dialog is automatically set to either "Cancel" or
"OK" (varies from time to time);
c) it always fills the textbox with the last entered name, no matter
if the scene has already got a name.

I think the a more appropriate behaviour would be

1. Open this dialog exactly where it was called (e.g. upper left corner).
2. Automatically set focus to textbox.
3. Select all text in a box, if there is any text.

The c) behaviour should be fixed as well.

Our lovely About box :) It doesn't have the number of the current
version. This is really silly. I should have thought about it when I
was redesigning this dialog. I think that the dialog should also
profide information about options JAMin was compiled with
(--disable-libtool-lock, --enable-double-fft, --disable-osc). I'd like
to work out a newer proposal a bit later.

Help menu. Well, "General" dialog still says: "The Options menu
has..." and "Colors may be changed in the Options->Preferences
dialog." Both are wrong. My bad :(

More to follow (I hope not :)).

P.S. I expect having the docs refactored by the end of this week in
both languages. And I'd like to add Ron's tutorial then, no matter how
much ready it is now. Stop me, if you think this is a bad idea.

Alexandre
