	* Made parametric (notch) handles larger for ease of use.

	* Allow parametric notch Q handles to overlap.

	* Button 2 can now also be used to move parametric handles without the
possibility of missing and drawing the EQ curve.

	* Fixed the preferences scene crossfade time option so you can select
by .1 second.
