There looks like a recording artifact at 2.319570 seconds into this 
file, left channel only - could that be the cause of the clip in 
Jamin?

I used to get this sort of thing quite often, and fixed it manually 
with Audacity's pencil tool. I don't see it so much since I switched 
to using Ardour on DeMuDi for tracking.

What's the name of the band? I'd like to hear the whole thing once 
you've got the bugs ironed out!
