src/support.h: Fixed sizing problem with the 30 band EQ.  Changed font
size for spectrum labels.

intltool-update.in, jam-ui.glade, src/hdeq.c, src/interface.c:  Made
parametric (notch) handles larger for ease of use.  Allow parametric
notch Q handles to overlap.  Button 2 can now also be used to move
parametric handles without the possibility of missing and drawing the
EQ curve.  Fixed the preferences scene crossfade time option so you
can select by .1 second.
