Well I am sorry but for me that is not the case. For my part I've simply
given up bugging the devs for more, in fact, essential features.

To put it sraight, JAMin is still not ready for professional mastering.
It lacks verbosity (verbose level displays in all stages of
manipulation), display of what's going on (RMS meters) and flexibility
(routing, e.g. compression pre/post EQ). I am still going with
Samplitude, which is a breeze to work with.

progress towards a really kick-ass pro tool.

Having put up this controversial stuff, I have to admit that I've done
not much to push JAMin either. I have submitted some fairly detailed
feature requests (which in fact were not too esoteric), but I can not
supply patches or code. Well. I thought about making up a mockup
picture of what I would JAMin want to look like. Maybe I post this in
the next couple of days, now that there is some movement here. :-)
