moving away from CVS

Hi,

I'm quite sursprised this hasn't been discussed in the list yet. CVS
is due to be closed at SourceForge, we really have to decide what to
move to.

So... SVN? Git? Mercurial?

I have a pending new translation (into Czech) to commit from Pavel
Fric, I woudn't like to keep the guy waiting :)
