Hi,

I just added a new window stub for the "multiout" interface and a couple
of fixes to the presets window.

If someone wants to check to make sure everything still compiles that
would be helpful.

Also, unfortunately the version of glade I have here with Debian
Experimental now longer loads the ui template file. So I have had to edit
the interface.c/h files manually which means that any updates done with
glade will overwrite the changes.

It's a bit of a pain if you are not comfortable hand coding gtk but not a
big deal if you use the existing code as a reference.

I'm also looking into the effort that upgrading to gtk3 will require.
There are some converter scripts but I'm not sure how well they will work
on this project. It might be necessary to rebuild for gtk3 support.  Maybe
there is a way to run both gtk2 and 3 from the same codebase. At the same
time would be even cooler because then we could just tansition  to gtk3
and clutter without having to migrate existing code.

I'll see if I can get gtk3 working with the new multiout window.
