MB Tagger 0.10.5 released

A couple of minor, but serious bugs were found in 0.10.4, so I hammered 
out a 0.10.5 release:

Sometimes the earliest available date would be written to the tags and 
for some settings periods in track names would truncate the track name. 
  Now, I'll continue focusing on the next generation tagger...
