MusicBrainz server update

Hi!

Earlier today Dave updated the main server with the features we've been 
testing on the staging server for the last two weeks. The complete 
update description is here:

The highlights include:

   Revamped Support for Disc IDs
   FreeDB moderation inserts turned off!
   Automoderator Election improvements
   TRM Usage statistics

And an assortment of minor fixes and bug fixes.

The usual notes apply: if you find bugs or run into other strange 
behavior, please send us some mail ([email protected] works well 
for that).

As for the TRM usage statistics, there are currently no applications 
that support reporting these usage statistics. With the next release of 
the next MusicBrainz client library applications will be able to report 
this feedback to the server. Stay tuned for more details on this.
