MusicBrainz Server Update

Hello,

A short while ago the MusicBrainz server was updated to the latest
release.  This is a fairly small release, with just a couple of new
features:

* Annotations: you can now add annotations to artists and albums
* Disc IDs: new disc IDs are now tracked via the moderation system
