A couple of hours ago the MusicBrainz server was updated to the latest
release.  You can read the change log here:

This release includes a couple of new features (artist "subscription"
data being made public, and changes to help you as you edit the database
or vote on changes), as well as a collection of minor improvements, bug
fixes etc.
