I spent a lot of my week working on wrapping things up for GSoC as well
as continuing to prepare for the summit; I also did a bit of research
into what exactly is causing some recent performance issues (though I
only came to small conclusions). Lightly related to the performance
issues, our load-balancer has been running out of disk space due to the
size of logs, which I spent some time working on improving, and another
short stint of time recovering from in crisis when entirely running out
of disk breifly broke our internal DNS and thus beta (though
surprisingly little else!).
