I first wrapped up my work on the Picard site.

Sophist had made some suggestions, so I implemented them, fixed a
few other things with both the documentation and the general site

Later, I finished the Picard side of things, namely
Using the webservice to download data instead of urllib2 and Allowing
a plugin to be updated.

With that, the GSoC side of things seem to be finished. 

The only thing that I promised in my Proposal but haven't been able to
deliver are the
improvements to Picard Docs, specifically, Picard's Plugin API (as
there's not much material
available that people can look up to  while developing Something.) I'd
like to keep working on that front.
