As a solution to this problem until we fix it for windows, you should be
able to run the extractor without running the `python setup.py install`
command.
Therefore, you can change directory to the acousticbrainz-client-master
folder, and run:
   python abzsubmit <directory>

I've not tested this on windows myself, so it would be great to have some
feedback on it.
