My internet connection has been awful this week, so I couldn't get as
much work done as I had originally hoped for.

Began work with optimizing the listing of revisions by fetching only
the required rows from database.

Made some updates to the moderation interface:

  * Reports list is paginated, can be accessed via the WS, and reports
for a spicific review can now be listed.

  * Implemented some of the things suggested by Roman like disallowing
admins from editing a review, adding information about reviews to the
reports view etc.

Implemented a basic logging interface where all activities done by
admins are logged. Currently there's only one activity 'Deleting a
review' but later stuff like 'Blocking a user' etc would get logged
too.
