Frustrating bug

Ok, This isgetting on my nerves, there is a bug in the installer script
that passes the wrong variable for database password into the server.
 
 
It is passing YES or NO depending on whether or not the field is filled
in.
 
PLEASE someone fix this. I'm not a PHP developer so I have no clue where
to start.
