If you click the "Interactive Mode" button before you begin the import, then
give it some time...it will spit back all your folder listings, then just
highlight a bunch of them and import them that way.

 I also have a rather large collection of mp3s and when I migrated
webservers, I simply drop and recreated my netjuke tables (had problems
importing the .sql and .csv files)

While I had to run like 5 scans of the dir, I did get them all
imported......
