Please Help will not import some files

I have went through one of my folders and made sure the ID3V1 and ID3V2
tags are correct for every song with the software id3tagit. But there
are still some songs that netjuke says it imported but doesn't when you
browse the song is not there. I have checked the permissions on these
files and they are set correctly. Can anyone help me out, I was up just
about all last night and early this morning screwing with these tags and
still a no go.
