this is also my hope.

so i don't think that they will suceed in making everything other 
illegal

okey, right, my reaction was too fast
yes, open mg is only a system to enfoce this restrictions, and 
right, this woul only mean that such .omg files cannot eb checked 
out to minidisc, but i will still be able to import .wav and .mp3 to 
openmg and checkout to minidisc, or use the old spdif method that 
does not have such reastrictions (except the scms copy bit)
